The Weather Channel Local Alerting Platform

The Weather Channel is developing a platform that enables local emergency officials to easily and quickly distribute public safety information. The platform will allow officials to access, create, edit, and distribute various types of alerts, including geolocation-based cellular push notifications and more detailed digital alerts. My company is designing the simple-to-use admin interface, for the web and tablet.
